Feature

Bring your whole collection across in one go

If your collection already lives in a spreadsheet or another app, you don't have to start again. WristLog.app imports it: from Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or a CSV, or directly from WristTrack. Your watches arrive with their details, and your history comes with them.

Updated

From a spreadsheet

Already keep your collection in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets? WristLog.app's import screen walks you through getting your list ready, then brings everything across in one go: your watches, the ones you've sold, your wishlist and your wear history. You see a summary before anything is imported, and photos can be added afterwards.

From another watch app

Coming from WristTrack or another watch app? WristTrack imports directly: export your data there, choose WristTrack in WristLog.app's import screen, and your watches, wear logs, service records and warranties come across, so your history and your streaks keep going. Most other apps can export a spreadsheet or CSV, which you can bring in the same way as any spreadsheet.

What comes across

  • Your collection, including watches you've sold or archived
  • Your wishlist
  • Your wear history, so cost per wear and rotation stats are meaningful from day one
  • Service dates and warranties

Prefer to start fresh? You can also add watches one by one, and a photo of the dial fills in most of the details for you with AI photo fill.

Common questions

Can I import from Google Sheets or Numbers?

Yes. WristLog.app's import screen shows you how to get your list ready from any of them.

Will I lose anything when I import?

Your main details come across, and anything that doesn't fit can go in the notes, so nothing gets lost.

Do I need Premium to import?

No, importing is available to everyone. The free plan holds up to 6 watches and 5 wishlist pieces, so a larger collection needs Premium to bring everything across.

Can I import from an app that isn't listed?

Not yet, but tell us which app you're coming from. Imports are added based on what collectors ask for, and in the meantime spreadsheet import works for any app that can export a CSV.
