Last Updated: October 23, 2025

Introduction

Welcome to WristLog, your personal watch collection companion. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WristLog mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by WristLog ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the WristLog mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WristLog.

Where required by Apple, these Terms supplement the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict, the stricter provision that best protects the user will apply.

  • WristLog Premium Annual - 1-year access with the same premium benefits

Subscriptions provide access to premium analytics, unlimited collection entries, and other features described in the App.

2.3.2 Pricing and Payment

Pricing is displayed in the App at the point of purchase and may vary by region and currency. Taxes, exchange rates, or Apple's pricing tiers may cause the amount billed in your country to differ.

Payment is charged to the Apple ID account you use for purchases once you confirm the transaction.

2.3.3 Auto-Renewal and Renewal Timing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you selected) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate stated for your selected plan.

Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2.3.4 Managing or Canceling Your Subscription

You can manage, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel auto-renewal by going to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device after purchase.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Premium access and features end once the period expires.

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies. WristLog cannot provide refunds for purchases made through Apple.

2.3.5 Changes to Subscription Terms

We may adjust pricing or introduce new plans at any time, subject to notice in the App or via email. Any price changes for existing subscribers take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after at least 30 days' notice, and you will have the option to cancel before the new price applies.

Occasionally we may offer promotional trials or introductory pricing. The terms of those offers will be presented at sign-up.

2.3.6 Privacy and Data
