Delete your WristLog account
Last Updated: October 12, 2026
You can delete your WristLog account at any time, from the app or by email. Deleting your account can't be undone.
Delete your account in the app
- Update WristLog to the latest version, then open it and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and scroll to the bottom.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
If you signed in with Apple on an iPhone, you'll be asked to confirm with Apple once more. Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out on that device. If deletion fails, try again later or email us (below).
Delete your account without the app
If you no longer have the app, send an email to info@wristlog.app:
- Send it from the email address linked to your WristLog account, so we can confirm the account is yours.
- Use the subject "Delete my WristLog account".
- If you used Sign in with Apple and chose to hide your email, write from any address and tell us; we'll verify that the account is yours another way.
We'll delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If we can't match your email to an account, we'll ask for more details.
What happens to your data
- Deleted: your personal details and sign-in links (such as your name, email address and Google or Apple sign-in), your private notes and identifiers, and documents you uploaded such as receipts and warranty papers.
- Kept in anonymized form: your collection (including photos), wear history and purchase history. It is no longer linked to your name, email address or sign-in, and can't be used to identify you personally. We keep it indefinitely and use it only for statistics and to improve WristLog.
- Backups and logs: copies of deleted information in backups and server logs are removed as those expire.
See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a WristLog Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so cancel yours there first:
- iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Android: Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
